பள்ளி SMC செயல் பாடுகளுக்காக புது செயலி உருவாக்கம் :

The state government is revamping the school management committees created under 
Right to Education
 (RTE) Act.

The 20-member committee will be headed by a parent, and a parent of a special child will be vice-president.

Volunteers, representatives from local bodies, members from self-help groups also will be the members of the committee,” school education minister 
Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi
 told reporters on Tuesday.

*He launched a mobile app for creating school development plans for individual schools.*

*The app will be useful to gather and verify information on students’ enrolment, retaining students, improving infrastructure and learning environment.*

*It will also be useful for planning, implementing and assessment of development plans.*
